the header is finally finished... i have the final version and will post pics up soon... the header is going over to the west coast right after new years to import builders so it can be dynoed vs. whatever they have over there..... i feel very confident in the design and we will see after the testing is done..... thanks for the interest and and im sure the results will be posted shortly after the testing is done..

According to an IM convo I had with Tom from NRG this past week.......

They never got around to dynoing it simply because the car ran out of injectors while street tuning it. They say they will have dynos soon though.

BlueTeg, who is very curious how this header performs against the custom guy's header

I get tired of the "it's done, and we'll soon have dyno data," then months go by. Whatever happened to doing the testing *then* making the annoucement?

I suspect it's the old pre-announce-product-then-wait-for-orders-to-back-up, *then* get around to testing.

Not good business practice. In fact when I see these "pre announcements" they are a black mark in my book... good product or not.

as the tuner from NRGtech i can verify that the car simply ran out of injector. We didnt think it would with the size injectors it had but we figured wrong. as soon as we can get dyno #'s we will. been very busy at the shop lately. believe me that we are more anxious then anyone to get numbers out of it.

I also agre with this. How do these companies know they have a good product that works if they never even tested it before they started selling it?

Exactly! I've asked this very question regarding the other (enormous) header thread. As far as I'm concerned all they have are some pretty pipes if they don't provide dyno data *before* saying it's a "great" header. How do you know it's any good when you haven't gotten around to testing???!!!!

ha, go search for my skepticism in the 300 header threads that keep comin about lately. yeah we want concrete #s and proof of the product not some guy that works for the company giving testimony.

For those who doubt the performance gains of the Header Tech header's can refer back to this post with dyno results:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=449474

Ask some of our customers: VtecVoodoo/J&D motorsports for their opinions.

We have been building header's for almost 30 years for Nascar, NHRA, IHRA, SCCA, and many other forms of racing and have designed over 2000 custom header applications over the years.

We look forward to designing headers for the import market for the next generation of high performance applications.

Our Current B-Series Line consists of:
Mild Steel Coated or Uncoated $459/$359
Stainless Steel with merge collector $659
Stainless Steel Side Exit $859
These prices are for Honda-Tech members!!!

All headers are stepped design unless otherwise specified. We offer different collector sizes to suit your application.

Availability is 10 days on all orders !!!

H-Serie's Header's will be available in May!

If you are in SoCal, cruise by and I`ll take you for a ride in the car and/or show you the numbers

Or bring yours and we`ll race (haha totally jk)

So how about sharing these numbers!

About your offer, guess I need to finish my car first. It would be interesting how my header design will stack up against everyone else's, though it's highly unlikely I'll don any dyno comparisons...
