How hard was it to get the Integra dash in the Civic? :D

EDIT: N/M, saw your ImageStation link. That's some cutting. 0_0

It wasn't hard at all. I had to cut at three places and add three to four wires to make everything work on the dash. The only thing that doesn't work on my dash is the "low fuel" light. My heater vents and all work like it was in a GSR. It took me one day to do the swap. If you want more pic's of the swap, I can post more and if you want certain pic's, just ask and I can go out there and take them. Thanks. . . . .

afaik you have to have an integra fuel tank to have that working. There's a sensor that the civic dosent have that triggers the low fuel warning light.

That is correct. Right now, I'm getting a fuel tank from a GSR and installing it on my '93 Civic CX. Then it'll all work!

Do you really have to install the whole tank? I thought you could swap the fuel pump housing and get the sensor.

I used a '95 GSR dash harness.

Also, you can't just put the senser in. If you take the rear seat out of a ;94 uo Teg and look under the seat, on the pass. side. You'll see a panel that unbolts with two wires running out of it. That is the "low fuel" light sending unit.

Anyone has a write-up/how-to on putting the dash in? My brother and I might try this and want to know what we are getting ourselves into. TIA

this question is posted like every other week

yes it fits , no it doesn't fit perfect
you need the integ plugs to go with the cluster
you might even need to cut/ trim the civic dash

What cluster could I use that DOESN'T require cutting or much moddification. I get over zealous and ruin **** when I get a blade.
