Off season project take-2:
My garage gained a few additional square feet today. Nash had some custom aluminum tire racks built at his workplace and we hung them this afternoon. The racks are 4 feet long each and hold what turned out to be five tires (depending on width). I still have 13 more tires on the floor, but the new racks really free up more floorspace. Thanks again Nash!

John,
Those look really cool. Wish I had thought of that. Could you give me the dimensions of the material used & the finished product? Looks like a great off season-practice-with-the-welder type project.
Thanks,
Mike

Mike,
This is Sammy. Sammy is on the phone right now. When Sammy gets off the phone, I'll see if I can trouble him for a few rough dimensions.

Hey Sammy.............
Ooooh, Sammy..........
Nevermind. Hey Nash, you designed these racks. Wanna share some details?
PS, Mounted with lag bolts
