Default To thouse with Excedy clutch....

I've had mine on for about 20k miles now and i've noticed that the pressure plate is starting to hit the clutch like when it was first installed. Anybody else with an excedy clutch have to adjust the throw on the push rod over time?

I had to adjust mine after about 10000 miles....I think if you adjusted the throw right on the edge of touching (like I did) you will probably have to adjust it eventually due to wear of the disk. At least it is an easy fix.

Had to adjust mine when i installed it. It rarely ever makes the noise anynmore but sometimes it does. I am not happy with the Exedy anymore. As soon as the holidays are over I will be ordering an ACT Clutch.

Exedy is s great stock replacement but just not what I am looking for Grabing wise with a clutch. I am goign to go with the ACT Extreme PP and Hybrid Street Disc. Plus when u install almost any other clutch there is not adjusting the push rod and al the other little probs. Overall not happy with the Exedy.

Interesting...perhaps I should look into purchasing a differenct clutch.

What other clutch has "stock" pedal feel and good durability?

I would deff go with a ACT Heavy Duty Pressure Plate with a Street Disc. The Pedal with the HDSS setup feels just like stock maye a hair stiffer. DC2R320 has this an it is perfect if u want the stock pedal feel. I am going to go with the Extreme PP and the Street Disc.

the pedal feel and control is almost like stock with the act hdss.
no adjustment of the pushrod necessary.

since i only have about 3k on the clutch, cannot comment on durability.
