Default Anyone ever had this problem before?????

ok some of you might remember me constructing my wifes STD & the problems i was having

if not here is a quick refresher: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=337267

anyway i finally got the energy to try & start it today

swapped out starters; that wasn't it
decided to remove spark plugs & turn over engine by hand ; it wouldn't move
moved it back & forth & out of the spark plug hole fuel & oil fly out about 6 ft in the air
crank it over again more fuel flies out
hook back up battery engine turns over with no spark plugs in it
get all the fuel out & put GSR plugs in it & install everything
try & start it; NOTHING
engine is flooded with fuel again causing it to vapor lock
anyway has anyone ever had this problem before?
i'm thinking that it could be something to do with the wiring but i am not sure
has anyone experienced this before

i need some help from the EF gurus

could be the fpr is bad, stuck open and letting fuel just overflow in there. I'd say check your fuel pressure and then get back to us. but if you have a spare fpr then try using that!! Becuz with all that fuel in the cylinders it's too slippery and you have no compression, and without compression it'll never start!!

i was running a high mileage pg7 ecu on my a6--it caused it to hydrolock--the ecu itself was burning hot, it fried. I put in another ecu --it cranked up and was fine--try replacing the ecu, after u crank all the gas out.

sounds like a fired ECU which keeps the injectors open all the time, happened once when doing a Prelude swap, hope that help

That is the exact problem that we had with a car in my auto tech class. The ecu we had in it was fried and it caused the injectors to keep pouring in fuel... Would not start. Replaced the ecu and it ran just fine.

(I learned a little bit in the class that day.. haven't learned anything since...pitty)

Make sure you change the oil... Chances are some of the gas leaked down into the lower end, contaminating the oil. Otherwise, you risk damaging your lower end from the break down of the oil...
