MPFI swap

I've heard that DPFI is very power limiting...I have an MPFI intake manifold that fits perfectly on my current DPFI engine, can you guys tell me all the parts I need to do the swap?

throttle body
some wires and injector clips
distributor
i would suggest a si throttle cable

How much for everything except the manifold, BTW its goin on a 90 CRX, with 93 civic dx engine.
