Default rear drum to disc conversion

how hard is it to convert to a rear disc brake setup. i have a '98 4 cyl. lx with big fat ugly drums in the back. can i use ex parts? if so, what parts do i need to make it work? i'm looking at wheels and the rear drums are gonna look terrible behind wheels. i know some companies make conversions like they do for smaller hondas but i've never seen one for my accord.
