Actually you are allowed big brake kits, so no slotted or cross drilled rotors are fine for STX.

I would personally run Brembo blanks as it has been proven that cross drilled or slotted rotors don't actually help you and decrease the surface area of your stopping power.

I don't think U can change the diamiter of the rotors though, U have to stay with the stock size. But U can get slotted or drilled.

I think Civicracer is right, IIRC big kits are allowed in STX, not that they're going to help you in autocross.

All the street touring type classes allow x-driled and slotted rotors. They are NOT legal however, in stock or street prepared classes.

Rightie'o. only OEM type rotors are legal for stock. So if your car came with slotted or cross drilled rotors from factory then it's ok.

I think it was published in Fastrak couple months ago that x-drilled and/or slotted rotors are allowed in street prepared classes. The reason was that people can slap on R-compound tires on their STS cars and run their respective SP classes.

I would spend the money elsewhere. Buy Brembo blanks (or Autozone rotors), and use the other $60 for something else (possibly better brake pads, which actually do aid braking).
