try to get a 96 and up gsr harness there will be a few wires that you wont need.

Use your stock CX harness and add the wires you'll need. Vtec, knock, and I think o2 (cx is 5wire too?) That is the easiest way and what I did with my VX.

what?!
the 96 GSR harness isnt even the SAME OBD as his car!
if you have a REAL b16a2 you are gonna need
1) a OBDII to OBDI harness
2) a OBDi p30 ecu, or chipped stock ecu to p30 specs

and use your stock harness just run the necessary wires.

the 96up GSR harness is a 2 peice just like the obd1 version. You use the engine side of the harness and plug it in at the firewall. It will allow you to use an OBD1 ecu and not have to rewire the dizzy or any other plugs that changed from OBD1 to OBD2. Just simplifies the process a little bit. I personally would just rewire the stuff, but to each their own.
