I have read the full post from the first GB to this one. Everytime the subject was brought up about how much hp this intercooler can support efficently, the question was never answered. I am sure the quality of your workmanship is nothing outside from above average but how about some stats on the intercooler aside from the dimensions. I would be seriously interested if I knew the limits of your units. Will it work efficently on a 11 sec car pushing 350 to 400whp? Optically they look great, but is it good enough for my application? The only stat I have heard was that they are tested at 28psi before living the shop. Any stats?

 

There are no scientifically tested stats. If anyone knows where I could get anything tested, email me please.

I've always figured that the person who has the money to buy the parts to run elevens in a Honda, has the money to buy the big name intercooler that has been tested and is optimal for their application. I've also always figured the people who were buying my intercoolers (espcecially the 5" size) are the people who pieced together a low-budget kit to throw on their cars and have fun with. I have tons of people running these on their low boost steet cars (5-9psi) and love them.

yea i did , but noone really knows. everyone is basically just asking questions.
i just dont wannahave to chop the **** out of my nice new piping to get it to fit and i nede something to support some nice hp prob up to at least 350-400 or so , by the time im somewhat settled with the car. . .
i would like to se emoer pics really, the ones scare me with all the extra overhang at the bottom . . . i think you said just to trim it off. . but , i dunno , im stil deciding
plus it might not even be a go until some other people get on this. how many you got right now for sure?

I can see how it is painted black and if it is a type24, I can see how most of it is covered by the bumper cover. Do you want to paint one?

I can weld anything together, but the outcome might not be the desired result. Do you mean to make them taller (I can make the taller) or deeper (I could but it would be pointless).
