i just got ahold of him on aim. his cell phone was disconected by his mom, and he was kicked out, which i can definatly understand. he gave me your number and i will call again tommorow and see if can help straighten this out between you guys.

Folks, just wait till he gets a job and gets some money to pay you all back. He really has no place to live, no car, no money, trying to find a job. I guarntee that if you were in this situation you would choose to eat than to pay back some people. Give him a while. wait it out, thats all i can say. It does no good just comming in here and crying about stuff it won't help. Its not like hes scared of you all, your not going to come over hear and beat money out of him. Just give him some time.

 

Well I've heard every excuse out of his mouth and I don't buy it. I offered to meet him to get a part he owed someone to ship it back with my money and guess what? He stood me up and made up some excuse.

This is BS, if your his friend get your *** over and help him out. Quit trying to back him up when rips people off. You think he has problems and can't take time to help himself? Well when I waited to meet up with him I was out of town with my dad in the hospital after surgury. But I took the time to go and meet him so I could ship a VFAC back to guy who's been waiting for months for it because devin is too lazy to take 5 minutes and $5 to do it himself.

And if you don't think i'll come to his house and do anything about it your in for a big surprise. He better get his **** straight and now.

 

I say regardless of your personal life- if you have the time to sit here and make deals to buy/sell something, then you have time to send payment/ ship package. I know we all have things that happpens that are unforseen. I understand not shipping something that same day or what not; or maybe even that week, if so, just let that person know what you are doing. I gurantee 99% of the time the buyer/seller will understand if you communicate in a timely manner with him/her. And with the amount of "scam" post that have been posted on here- buyers are gettting worried about their package(s).

IT ALL COMES DOWN TO COMMUNICATION by whatever means necessary to let that person know what you are doing. Just from my buying/selling. experiences

same way when you gamble, only thing is if you don't pay when u owe the money the come for u and either hurt or kill u. which sounds like a pretty good idea with all the **** the goes on

 

ok guys. you all need to back off on this one. the that made this post just wanted to get ahold of him to get his tracking number. devin is getting it tonight , and i am calling eddiecut to tell him what it is. so what is the big deal? if you dont know all the details about what is going on then back off. the parts were shipped , i am 100% sure on that.

Sorry about this issue eddiecut. I am on the same boat as you but my loss was only $65. I personally want to beat this kids face in. Devin17 from TN, is a muthafuckin' scammer.....period. If I only had an address, I live in VA. and a roadtrip to smash some punk would be very easy.

Since he's staying with you why don't you tell him to ship out the VFAC he owes someone also. He also owes me for 2 hours of my time waiting for him but we'll get the other people out of the way first.

 

then tell that person to e-mail me..I might be able to send him the cash that is owed to him or the vafc.
