Will S2000 HID fit Type R?

will S2000 HID fit Type R?
i found that some guy is selling an s2000 HID kit from a 2001. My question to anyone who knows is, will this work for JDM ITR headlights (which i think are originally 9006)? If they are different is there any modification that i would have to do to get them to work? thank

if you know the answer then why dont you just say it? I dont understand why peole just dont take the 2 seconds to type it out. It would make it a lot easier if you just told me, but i guess that is too much work. thanks anyways

To put the S2000 projectors into Teg headlights, you'll most likely have to cut the mounting tabs off your stock projectors (so that you will have a ring w/ the tabs) and then attach that ring to the S2000 projectors (JB Weld or the like). Then you can bolt the S2000 projectors right in. That's how it *should* work, of course I've never tried it or even seen it done myself.

Hmm I have not known the Phillips kits I've seen in Integras to suck. That's what I'm going to get soon.

I did not get around to it because I live in a Condo. Security looks at me wierd when I pop my hood to put in windshield washer, so I did not want to be dropping the bumper to take the headlights off. I could do it at my mechanics's shop, but I just did not have the time.

My only concern is fitting a different projector to the OEM housing. After you open up the headlights... wont there be a high risk of getting moiture into the housing. Please if anybody does this anytime soon, i would love to see some pics and have some details.

I guess I beat y'all too it, I already have Audi S4 projectors retrofitted into my USDM headlights. OoO I love flicker!

No I actually don't. I can get some pics of how the projectos look inside the headlights though. They sit farther in than the regular integra projectors.
