Placeracing.com makes a kit, with axles, mounts that still require work and front cross member.

NOTE: the H22's weight and torque have been nown to bend the rear crossmember back from the power, plus it is understeer form hell.

but check out the kit, their site might be down right now.

there is also alot of engine bay space making like hammering. alot

have u ever driven a 4G H22???
i guess not
i have driven one once...
the car doesnt understeer too much like everybody claims it does... of course it will if u go 50+ on a curve, or dont have good tires and /or suspension.... its called momentum pulling u... i have never heard about crossmembers being twisted,,,,
the only thing i recomend tis having the whole suspension worked.. i mean good bushings, struts, springs, schocks, etc etc.... stock suspension sucks for that power....

calm your tic tacs down my friend, I am talking about fast turning. Personally I like to take turns fast. It is difficult unless you have alot of money to do so with a Hseries motor. AKA good suspension. when you have the money to do all that good for you. I was just saying with a h22a in a stock ride.
Did I ever emply, with full suspension set up.......uuuhhh. NO!!! so we are on the same boat with stock suspension sucking for the power the engine makes and yes plaeracing does have a kit. I believe it still requires welding and the kit is hosted on Jdmhondaparts.com and Placeracing.com.

keep your jollys in your pants and quit sweating over posts if you don't read them fully.
and by the way I have witnessed masive work on a H22a crx getting worked on because the engine was torquing the crossmember back. and this was on slicks which probably had alot to do with it.
I did not say anything about it being on slicks because most people that would do a sawp like that most likely would want to run on something a little more sticky.

keep the peace
Justin

http://www.jdmhondaparts.com/frameset.htm

-go to engine components
-Boltin kits "placeracing"

that is the kit, everything is seprate which comes for the swap.

I swear people get testy, and by the way driving one once does not give you the permision to say it does not bend the crossmember, it happens over a period of launches unless the guy is planning on launching everyone in a while all for him.

dont worry man
i never take it personally.. theres no point of that on the net..
anyways i was just letting everybody know....
even with stock suspension we can do 55mph turn and the car will slide like a ****... we just saying we need some good suspension in order to compensate for the power.. i love h22's they are nice well desgined engines.... i lvoe curves too.. but i know how fast to go... even a A6 pushing good hp will have bad understeer...

yes the slicks sounds like the factor on that crx....
and dont worry i still got my piece!

Yeah... It's not exactly a bolt in affair...Lots of cutting and welding, but it's definitely worth the hard work... At least for me it was.

you have to take out power-steering and A/C for a H-22 rite? Thats 200 hp also? Wouldn't a b18 with a turbo be faster than h22 w.o one?

You have to.. I don't think there are any cable H series trannies.. But you'll need to convert the clutch to hydro... but Place Racing has a kit that can use your clutch cable to activate the hydro clutch.... You can modify your stock clutch pedals to use hydro.. That's what I had to do with my car.

there is not a lot of information on this page about h-22 swaps, because they are pretty uncommon compared to the more popular b-16 and zc. if you go to pretty much any site that sells the motors tho, they will give information. i have never seen an h-22 powered crx, but from what i've read on the internet it is a very hard swap. it is a pain in the *** to make it fit.
