It has 150,000 on it, Runs great, doesnt smoke, all oil changes done on time, with mobile 1, how much you think I could get for it..??

You'd be lucky for $150, with ZCs as cheap as they are I've heard of people not being able to find buyers for A6 engines.

 

i paid like 300 for mine, but that came with the car i'll take it off your hands for 150

 

A $50 core deposit is all it's worth. You can buy a SI motor for $240 delivered to your doorstep with a 12month, 12K mile waranty here in Southern Cal.

Seriously? What kind of shape is it in? How many miles, etc?

I wish I had the resources to take these kind of motors and rebuild them myself. Build a couple of them up differently - have one N/A, one turboed, and one stock, just like it came from the factory. Then get 3 CRX HF's and have some fun! Haha. Just the one will do for now.

Pick a Recycler magazine and you will find 10 or 15 companies selling these SI motors for $240 to $280 delivered. They have maybe 30k-40k miles on them and have a 12k/1year warranty. I have been driving on one for 60kmiles running 9 pounds of boost with no problems.

 

This motor has 150,xxx on it, however, it was rebuilt at 135,xxx, and has a centerforce stage II clutch, that has not even been installed yet. When im ready to sell it, it will have been installed. I will be looking for like, 150, plus shipping, depending on shipping.

i have a whole hf swap for cheap but with a6 motor...and brand new clutch...comes complete...very cheap

 

my dad sold my a6 for 300$

 

i sold mine a few months back for $250. that was w/everything, ecu, motor, tranny, axles, shift linkage, mounts, you can get easy $300. for it, it all depands and how bad some wants it. good luck

 

i got one for my friend mini-me prject.

350 CANADIAN for d16a6 AEM intake headder, PS pump, AC compressor, rad tranny and bunch of **** 2 clutches in like 90 + precent.

d16a6 are cheap

Ill sell anyone a rebuilt head ported and polished, with ported intake manifold, throttle body, blueprinted head, adjustabel cam gears, re ground cam from crane cams, valve grind custom springs, new retainers titanium, new seals, powder coated valve cover, distributor included... new sensors, completly clean hot tanked head. no grease anywhere!!!!!!
