Default Payless Shoes...

I just wanted to let you guys know the great experience I had at Payless shoes today. Since I was recently laid off I have had to cut my expenses substantially. I never really pictured myself as the type of person that would shop at Payless and I did not expect the best customer service. Boy was I wrong. As soon as I entered the store I was ushered to the nearest cracked vinyl seat and the most delightful young man inquired whether he could be of service. I immediately selected their "Casual Bowling Inspired Shoe" and was pleased by its construction and the overall comfort it afforded. I would highly recommend that all Honda-Tech members visit your nearest Payless store. I have taken it upon myself to personally contact the advertising department of Payless to investigate whether they would consider advertising on the site. Please help me support an excellent company that all we Americans can be proud of.

Hehe. I think I need a job. There has to be a use for such useless wit and sarcasm. Dubya Bush never got back to me about the speech writer gig though.

There is plenty of use for such wit and sarcasm.
Unfortunately none of those uses actually involve a salary.

I was wondering the same thing, but hey, it's made my morning that much more enjoyable.

Matt L - who's trying to think of his own witty OT Thread. .. hmmm maybe Brinson will write it for me.
