Hey guys, just thought I would share some pics of a hatch that a Honda/Acura Performance Specialists shop(BASZ Racing) is building (the same shop doing my swap )
Im not sure of all mods, I do know its a fully built GSR motor, Skyline Intercooler, 60-1 p-trim turbo (custom), ACCEL efi, and countless others, it also has a FULL ITR interior swap, including dash, its guesstimated that it will put around 600 hp to the wheels when they get it running.... enough talk, here's the pics.

Thanx for posting the pics, I accidentally pressed the URL button, and didnt pay attention, I guess thats better for the 56kers anyways...

Im not sure on the psi, but I am sure it will be AT LEAST 24 psi. Also notice the Throttle body/intake manifold. That is a MUSTANG throttle body custom welded to that STR Intake Manifold. there has been some SERIOUS workmanship put into this thing. Also, if any of you subscribe to Sports Compact Car, in the latest and upcoming Ultimate Street Car Challenge, you will find a turbo ITR, this ITR was built by BASZ as well, I would host the pics i have of it, but I am out of hosting space... And yes, those are BOTH ITRs in the backround, and unfortunately the yellow one DOES have Altezza's here is another shot of those 2 ITRs, the red one is being turbod for sure, not sure on the other...

Thats a beaut. Basz builds some nice ****. I hope their build quality has improved, if not, it wont last long. They had some problems at first, but its been a while since ive seen or heard about something blowin up. That car definately gets a tho.

Looks pretty cool.

The only problem I see is that the fuel cell wont pass tech like that, at least not in NHRA. It needs to be in something to isolate it from the cabin, like a sheet metal box.

 

don't know much about turbo's but whats the deal with the wastegate on 1 runner question?? can someone enlighten me??

how easy is it to do a dash swap in an ek? i've never seen that before. i've only seen it in eg's. please let me know.
