these were a RARE option in japan. they look soooooo good.

how did you get 13.9@98 with that setup? I got 14.919 @ 96.... how come you are an entire second faster than me, yet you are only 2 miles an hour faster? im not doubting you, i am just curious

 

I dunno, good driving. I was running open header, ac and heat are gone, rear is stripped, it was on slicks, good driving conditions. I guess I got lucky. It is a consistent low 14 car right now. That was my best time.

Not to mention, the b18 is far more torquey than the b16.

slicks do miracles....i know some guy that ran 13.9 w/ b16 only mod is a intake....i think only the front seat was taken out

 

This is true, slicks definitely do wonders. But back on my topic, does anyone know where I can obtain some of these skirts?

if you're running a 96mph trap speed, you could be doing a LOT better than 14.9

 

since they were an option in japan, it probably would be hard to find it. you'll probably have to get really lucky to get them. but those si-r sideskirts look really clean.

 

i think xenon makes that side skirt heres a picture...




and that crx on ebay with just the side skirts look ugly... just because its jdm yO! doesnt make it look good. adding the side skirt only, makes the car uneven and ugly

Well we all have our opinions. I think the car is awesome. Very clean if you ask me.

if its the grey/bronze crx look closer it has a jdm front end also, and its on another link in here some cac crew is claiming its their car, but i swore i saw the car for sale on ebay.

That's where I saw it. Thanks for the info on the sideskirts. I actually like the Xenon skirts. As far as the JDM thing goes. JDM front end, JDM stanley fogs, JDM sidemarkers, JDM tails, JDM sideskirts<-----I am not crazy for the JDM thing, but I still think it was put together nicely.

ive never seen these side skirts in any of teh japanese broschures i would ask mugenef7 if they are what they say they are....cause they dont look right on the car anyhow being lower than the front looks gay to me

 

Well, if someone would make a lip for the rex, I am sure it would be on there. When is this going to happen. Wasn't there someone that was going to make a spoon replica? It wasn't going to be carbon fiber, only black.
