Front spoiler/lip/valence on '92-'93?
I have seen some Accords with a front spoiler or lip attached under the front bumper. Its about the same size as the trim on the bottom of the rear bumper on all 4th gens.
Did they only come on the EX's at the factory? I like the look and noticed there are holes for one to be bolted on my 4-dr '92 LX. I checked a few sites that didnt stock it and my dealer said they could get one for $100 or so minus bolts.
this was free at the junkyard http://www.imagestation.com/album/?i...49474690&idx=2
Yah,
That's the one I'm looking for. I'm looking to get a used one first before trying to get a new one. Bolts I wouldn't mind getting new.
Hey, I'm pretty sure i can get you a front valence for you car - i got one also (i have a DX). I have a guy up in NYC who hooks me up with parts all the time. So, if you need one, i'll try to get in touch with him. also, there's a website that has the part - if i can find it, i'll post it. Don't worry, i was in the same spot you were with this valence thing.
Ok sounds good cokinut...let me know.
The dealer quoted me $106 (minus nuts/bolts I believe). I checked out another source selling on ebay $85 before shipping probably $105 after. Checked out Majestic Honda which sells at $73 before $5 handling and I was gonna call to see shipping quote which could be same as above.

Well that answers my next question...of if they made them differently from '90-'91 to '92-'93. Majestic Honda=www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and they are the ones selling for $73 before handling and shipping. Didnt get a full quote yet. I'll see whats out there and yah used would be fine by me. Found one going for $48 thru http://www.car-parts.com.
my boy got me mine for $60 shipped (but i also got rear mudflaps from him) - so maybe it would have been $45-50 brand new. I still have to get in touch with him.
YOu can also fit a 94 front valence on our cars. you have to play with it a little, but it works. They guy who got me mine had the 94 lip on his car. Looked pretty good.
Hey, I can get it from my friend, Kyle, for $50 a piece, brand new, and that's not including shipping . He lives in new york. Probably $70 altogether. Give me locations on where to ship.
You can also email him at:

TELL HIM THAT LESTER SENT YOU so that he knows what's going on.
He is a very honest and trustworthy guy. I'v also bought my shox from him as well as other honda accessories.

Hey, I'm in the 21044 Maryland. The 11 nuts and bolts are separate correct? Do they need to be ordered separately? I saw sep. listings at http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com for 11 nuts and 11 bolts.
Let me know.
Let me know.
The 96/97 lips can also be moddifeid to fit, I'm guessing the stock one would look dumb, but there's a few aftermarket ones that would look nice.
Hey Cokinut,
Didn't know if you contacted you friend yet...did you order the nuts and bolts to install it...was that separate? $50 before shipping is good for a new one. Let me know..
