I need a web site that has already made this work for the H22A motor to save me alot of time.
You see, everyone except me at IB doesn't think a Prelude Motor can beat a B series motor with similar mods.
Well. Thats about to end, because I am building a Prelude Motor for MY car with ALL HONDA PARTS that is going to be sick.
But the main thing right now is, I need to make this Euro R manifold work with my H23 VTEC.
Does the IAC on it come from a 2000 Accord 4cyl?
Anyone know a good site?
Thanks.
Jeff

Sun Dang was the first one to adapt the ATR manfold in the US AFAIK. He made up this excellent write up!

I have this manifold myself and am working on a write up for it and the steps I took to make it work on our cars. It is taking a little time to put together however. The IAT (intake air temp sensor?) does come off a 1999-up accord. I was able to make a plate and mount the EACV to the back of the manifold. Hopefully pics will be up soon. Check with "Prospeed", I believe he has done several of these modifications.
I understand if you're trying to use only stock Honda parts....but for those of us who aren't concerned with this, why not just wait for the Skunk2 intake manifold?
Pricewise, the two should actually be similar, and hassle-wise, the Skunk2 manifold definitely wins.
I spoke with Skunk2 just the other week, and they said the intake manifold was scheduled for release NO LATER THAN 6 weeks from when I called. That makes release at about mid October.
It could be that Skunk2 is just blowing smoke up my a**, and if they are...then disregard everything here. But if not....this could be a cheap and easy alternative to the ATR manifold.

DC header modded by IB
Full IB made exhuast 2.5 inch.
AEM intake
H23 Block fully balanced, all new, JDM Type-S pistons.
H22 VTEC head, ported by portflow, stock valves with 3 angle valve job
Crower valvetrain
Crower Retainers
Stock Cams
Euro R intake manifold
RC 440 Cc injectors
Hondata S200 unit

I am shooting for 200 WHP with stock cams, stock Honda pistons, crank, block, intake manifold, etc..

What kind of compression ratio are you planning on using? Also do you really think 440cc injectors are going to be needed? I haven't really heard of any setup that would require more than 370cc for N/A and not agressive cams.
Ludes suck and you know it Jeff. I heard your dyno numbers are inflated, and thats the only way you'll make 200 out off a gaylude.
but seriously why not put some cams in it.

oh whoops sorry jeff..... in my last post I meant to ask what options for an intake mani you would recommend and price estimates...

Just looked at this thread now, is the Skunk2 intake manifold released by now? Where can I find info on it?
Thanks
Thanks
Skunk2 manifold is not done yet, from what I know...
If it was seen at SEMA though.....perhaps soon?

It should be out soon. I was the one that said that i saw the manifold at SEMA. Looks really nice. All the regular h22 sensors are retained. Look to spend around $400 retail for the intake manifold.
Hey Prospeed, does it look similiar to the EURO type-r one in comparison or slighly different in contruction... any information would be nice... did you take a picture of it by any chance ?
I wish this mod was legal for ECHC H2
