Stock strut tower bar or aftermarket?
I was thinking of getting this Comptech strut bar, but spending $200+ for it might be hard to do. Is there a huge difference in going from stock to aftermarket? Thanks....

the stock unit is fine...
if you have high spring rates and sticky tires you 'may' want to upgrade.
I'm running the Honda Type-R bar, and they look just like the Comptechs that you have a picture of. I've got the front and rear bars installed. They cost me about $210, including shipping. They were sold as a kit from here.

The brackets on my are steel and the bars are aluminum. That is what the Comtechs look to be also.
Just for the record, they were put on a 92 Civic Si.
