Any special tricks for lining up the LCA bolt holes (tie bar install)
Are there any special tricks to lining up the LCA holes, for installation of a rear tie bar??? Getting the 1st set of holes to line up is easy, the 2nd set of holes are the ones I'm having trouble lining up because the LCA needs to be moved down so the holes can line up, so I can't really use a floor jack for the second part. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i usually install the hub bolt first, then the shock bolt and then use a jack to line it up to connect the arm to the frame where the tie bar bolts on. it works for me, but maybe not for you??

I've posted this stuff more than twice already.
Anyways, use the floor jack. It's much easier with a friend but you can do it yourself. You'll need a mirror and flashlight would probably help.
Place the floor jack under where the shock meets the LCA. Then raise it up alot. Then use the mirror to check on the hole whether it's aligned or not by looking at the LCA from behind towards the rear.
If you've raised it high enough, the hole should be above the LCA hole. Then lower the floor jack very slowly until the hole is aligned. Then shove that lca bolt bastard in there.
Ask me if you have any trouble understanding what I've just said.
