Default Spring Rates on Standard Ground Control kits

I have a friend riding standard GC's and it rides pretty good just wanna know the spring rates??? Thanks...i did search no luck!

i don't think there is a standard rate...you have the ability to chose from many many different springs. I didn't know that when I bought them so I ordered the GC's and KYB AGX from them for the integra. They asked me if I wanted the lowered look or performance. I said performance and got 380f/250R. Seems like a good match for the AGX.

380/250 is firm but not back breaking. I keep the shocks on 2f/3r highway and 3f/4r city. I can hang with the stiffness but I do avoid nasty roads in town. I ordered them from ground control directly. http://www.ground-control.com

i'm pretty sure the limited edition GC's (the standard ones) are 380F/250R.. or was it 350F/280R? it was something like that
