FS: Mugen ITR ECU, asking $850 ...
Presently in my 97 ITR, but due to going with Hondata for my boost project ... I won't have use for the Mugen ECU any more.
It plugs right into my stock ECU harness, so those of you with later OBD II cars will need an adapter to run it.
VTEC crossover around 4700+, redline/revlimiter @9100 (looks like almost 9500+ on the stock tach).
You will most likely need to up the fuel pressure with an FPR since it seems to like to run lean with the stock fuel setting.
I can't tell you how much power it's good for, but I've enjoyed it for a couple years on my 97 ITR with stock cams and valvetrain.
Asking $850 shipped.

Valvetrain wise things seem to have held up fine with the stock ITR springs etc., but it's not like I've been constantly bumping the limiter.
Fuel mileage wise ... I've still been able to get 300+ mile tank fulls on the highway.
Speaking of highway driving, it sort of likes to cruise around 5K rpm and still gets about 28-30 mpg at that speed.
For an '01 you'd need a harness adapter but it plughs right into a 97 ITR harness. Ed

In a way it would be sort of OBD I because it would work w/o the second O2 sensor.
However The plugs on my car are still and early version of OBDII and it plugs right in.
Sorry, but I'm not looking for trades ... I hate to say it but there couldn't be much of that value that I don't already have, which is why I'm selling things at this point.
Normally I'd just put it on a shelf but those days are now gone and I'm cleaning out my Mom's garage. Thanks for the offer. Ed
