Default Black Housing knockoff headlight question

1. Has anyone purchased these from http://www.urbanimport.com ??
2. How easy to install ??
3. Are they exactly the same as the real 600$ ones ??
4. Also... they claim to use H4 for low beam.. and H1 for high beam.. can anyone confirm that to be correct ?

I was going to order it with new bulbs from Showoffusa.com...

1. no
2. not really, you have to remove the front bumper to get to the bolts under the stock headlight
3. i wouldn't know, i have the real stanley SiR headlights, but people love the knockoffs(from what i heard)
4. yes this is true, but some people use the h1 for fogs lights(?).

for getting the knockoffs, you should buy them from http://www.autodynamic.com, best service.

1. yes. no problems.
2. front bumper and bumper bar have to come off. cake.
3. not the same. no leftward flare. they are DOT approved.
4. low beam housing has h4. high beam housing had h1. I've wired it to run normal low beam (low beam filament in h4). and then high beam setting is all three filaments!! really bright and really annoying to others. I will change it over to use H1 as fog when I find a yellow h1 bulb. but I have not found any yet.

in Japan they drive on the other side of the road, so true JDM headlights will flare to the left to see road signs better and the side of the road, while in the US it will just blind people

for future note u do NOT have to remove ur front bumper! me and my friend pulled my headlights in 20 min with the bumper still on.

steps on how to remove headlights and keep the bumper on. 94-95 honda accord.

1. remove grill
2. unbolt 2 bolts at the top of the head light housing
3. unbolt 1 bolt by radiator, extension arm and swivle sockets recomended.
4. unbolt 1 bolt behind the corner light
5. unbolt the 1 bolt underneath headlight, u should be able to see it with the corner
off. u will need an extension arm to reach.
6. head light housing will be loose now. simply tilt housing up and remove the 4 screws holding the headlight to the head light housing.
7. lastly remove the big screw at the top of the headlight, this is one lug #$%# screw.
8. thank me for not having to go through the trouble of taking ur whole front bumper off.

and yes me and my friend have done this TWICE on my car. so i know it will work for the 94-95 accord and most likely the 96-97 accord too.

How would you wire it up to make H1 the fog?
