window rolling up alittle slow. how do i lube the window tracks?
what kind of lube do you guys use? and what exactly do i have to lobe? NO i dont want to use KY jelly and no i dont want to lube my *** or anyones elses body parts!!!! its a serious question.
I used a teflon based spray called tri flow. I sprayed the tracks and anything that moved or pivots when I had the door panel off. works great now.
It's a known warranty issue. If you're under 50,000 miles, just get the dealer to do it.
Mine rolls up slow as ****.
I applied silicon lube to no avail

shi - whose window gets stuck near the top so he's taking 234 into the dealer to get it fixed before the warranty runs out

Man, I got to get on this one right away. Both windows take forever to go up. Time to bust out the Helms again...

Whatever you do, do not use a petrolium based product. I have used Tri Flow in my window tracks. It helps temporarily, but petrolium eats rubber, so it will get worse over time.
Funnily enough, the best product I have used for long term window happiness is KY Jelly on the tip of a Q-tip.
