Get KYB AGX's, cheaper than the Konis (performs just as well) and better performing than the Tokico.
i was thinking about putting some skunk2's on them or maybe ground control. opinions?
now i have shitty *** matrix i HATE them oh so much, that was the biggers waste of money i have ever spent. living in valdosta we have VERY LIMITED supply of things

It depends on what you are buying them for. If you are buying them for roadracing then Koni Yellows get the vote hands down. KYB AGX"s are good shocks for a budget, but to say they are equal, and perform as well. BS.
Also, I would go with Ground Controls over Skunk2. GC's offer custom spring rates, Skunks do not. Ground Controls also use Eibach springs, and are supposed to offer a more pleasant ride, without sacrificing handling. Just about everyone I have heard with Skunk2 coilovers claim they have a rough ride.
Just some stuff to think about.

KONI <------ the best money can buy. you pay for quality. i love mine, perform very well. one of the best decisions ive ever made. i was just like everyone else, i didnt want to spend 500 on struts... im very happy i did.
most people say skunk2's have a harsh ride because off the shelf the rates are like 500lbs... all of the struts listed arent made to handle spring rates up that high, you will blow them eventually. they say the highest you should go on the KONI's is 600lb but you will comprimise the lifetime of the strut.

koni's are sitffer than teh kyb, i love my koni yellow's with neuspeed sports(these springs are too soft for serious roadracing/auto-x, but they're perfect for a daily driven car like mine).

Yeah I wish I could have gotten the auto adjust ones.
They kept getting out of place in any little hole the car got into, this happened at least twice a month!! And they were professionally installed.
