Unsure about those cheap eBay header?
dont be. i just installed them today and i love em. great sound and awesome performance increase. so for anyone who is skeptical about getting the header and is short on cash, definatly the best bang for the buck!!
If you ever get cought in a random inspection thet will look for a CARB sticker an tey wont see any... so your basicly fucked
but if that dosent ever happen then its a great deal

as far as the knockoff headers go, i have a DC knockoff and i GUARANTEE, dollar for dollar, its better than any other header...

you really need to dyno it with a, say DC header, then that header to determine how much gain you get IMO...
EDIT: It does look niice tho

running "a little rich" on an otherwise sound car should not cause you to fail.
and for every dump truck out there there are probably about 5000 passenger cars, if not more, each of which im sure travels a hell of a lot further than this dump truck
im not saying the need for carb no.'s on intakes/headers/exhausts are really necessary but in my opinion ef you hollow out your cat or run a straight pipe on the street just to gain 2hp then you're an idiot and you deserve a fat fine.
i just wish they'd do more random checking for properly functioning cats and less bullsheet about whether or not your intake has a carb sticker on it

What will really determine how good a deal it was. By how long it lasts before the heat starts getting to it and cracking, rusting, etc... hehehe
it might look pretty..... and it's cheap but i'm sure you'll find out why in a couple months when it falls apart...
the only good thing in indiana is not having the emissions test
or potholes larger then a vw bug

I know someone who had one of those on his integra... The part where the top and bottom pices bolt together started to leak a little because they didn't use the honda ring gasket method. Over time the Gasket would deteriorate, the bolts would come loose, and it would start leaking badly. After tightening it down about 10 times, the crappy flange bent in where the three bolts went so that the gasket didn't seal at all inbetween the bolts.
It may have been a completely different header, but it was one of those cheap ebay style ones. It seemed like it was going to be nice, but in the end it was crap.
Then again, my Neuspeed N2 header rusted to hell after about 2 years also... It was still about 100000000000 times nicer than his ebay header, but it wasn't worth $300 or whatever.

Not sure if this is the same header or not but I bought a OBX Stainless Steel header off EBAY a year ago and its awesome. Cost less that $150. The header is still in perfect condition after a year of racing. The flanges are so think, there is no way there going to bend and leak.
