The car was bought new by me in the fall of 1999. The motorswap was performed in July of 2001. As the motor was still on break-in oil when it was installed, all factory break in procedures were followed. The oil has been changed every 2,5k miles, the transmission oil every 5k miles. I switched over to Mobil 1 on the last oil change.

This car runs great. No smoke on startup or out of pipe under hard acceleration. Power is hard-hitting all the way to redline. Handling is very neutral with a touch of oversteer when pushed hard. Car has been on 2 open track days – never offcourse. It has never seen the abuse of the drag strip or street racing.

All upgrades and work to the car were performed by myself, my brother, my dad or CDE Motorsports in Merrifield Virginia. No fly by night work or parts to be found here.

Asking $18,000 OBO – No trades or parting out please. Local buyers preferred – I am in Northern Virginia – DC area

I can be contacted at either 703.830.3716 (leave a message), i11ii1i@punkass.com , or on aol instant message at i11ii1i . (It will be quicker to get a response from me there instead of the forum)

Thanks,

Ceas..

This is no F-ed around with hatch. Has won several car shows (even when stripped to the bone). Its also fast as hell and corners like nothing else. worth every penny since it was done RIGHT.

I luv the car. Looks hella clean. but i'm worried about the price. Why wouldn't some one take the 18k and just buy a Integra Type R. That car is done right because Honda built it. And the all the parts on that car was designed for that car. I admit having a ITR motor in a Civic has got to be fun, but with a ITR you can get it in Championship White for 18k. Just my 2 cents. thanks, but bump for you for such a nice car.

This car will run circles around an R on and off track. It IS an R essentially. Just had all its parts upgraded and moved into a lighter shell.

Hey Ceas, Why are you selling? If I wasn't neck deep in rebuilding my car after the accident I would buy it in a minuite .
