Default max injector duty cycle?

How much should be the maximum injector duty cycle?

Was it 85% or something.

Jack,

where do you like to keep your duty cycles when she's being thumped at WOT and as the rpms are climbing? Yoshio won't even let the duty cycle drop below a certain level as the rpms cycle up.

A lot of people are running humungus injectors in these all motor monsters so that the can turn down the duty cycle for finer control. I see Wayne and Stephen going for 370- 440 injectors...amazing...I thought 440's were fine with ITB's but man that's huge...

Honda likes to run about 100% duty on stock setups for some reason.
On FI setups its good to stay below 80-85 if possible.
on my own motor, im about 95% on 440cc.

I had a field controller in my car which displays duty cycle, my injectors maxed out around 85-90%

Day(s) late and a dollar (or Euro) short, as they say ... why bring up a 3 year old thread with little or no additional info?

85% is widely accepted as the max duty cycle, for maximum reliability.
