Better for Boost-H22a or H23a?

I've searched and my questions remain unanswered.
ok smart ***, first off dont burn your bridges so quickly. You never know when my knowlege can come in handy one day. I think the reason why i said search is bc i answered your? already in the forced induction section, i didnt realize it was you though. anyways, let me know if you got any more question or comments. if you need a turbo kit, let me know. i have direct connections with drag.
He means to do a 'Search' on the subject..
I believe the H23 is a much easier for Trouble-Free Boosting.
But the H22 can yield higher gains at lower boost levels if done right.
BOTH need re-sleeving and more to run 10+ boost. I almost did the Hybrid Conversion before the turbo.. but I went with port and polish work on my stock head instead.
H23 POWA!!

I was just wondering why it seemed that people prefer to boost an H23 rather than an H22. I figured that it was because of what BluLuder said.I just needed some confirmation.
