It may be in the slave/clutch fork area also. Seems to be pretty common for squeaks. Had it in mine and it drove me nuts till I finally found it.
it squeeked before your clutch went, should i take it to acura an have them check it out, an by the way i have a aem cold air apex n1 exhaust an skunk2 coilovers will this stuff void my warenty , the dealership i bought the car from said it wont (i bought it with the intake an a diffrent exhaust but it still had exhaust, should i return the car back to stock before i take it in
HEY I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM
i just ignore it
but does it really means the clutch is going?
i have only 38000KM on my clutch for my 2000 type r canadian

i believe the only way it can void your warranty is if it is directly related to the problem you are having.
your squeak is most likely coming from the trans clutch release fork/bearing need to lube the main shaft with high temp grease and no the dealer wont void your warranty for simple bolt on mods.
