Paid for some parts with Paypal on 7-6-02 and no parts or tracking number. It's been over a week and a half. He told me that he was in jail for a week but he had posts on H-T everyday last week. I don't think that the jail lets him have fun on H-T. I keep on I'M him but nothing has happend to get my parts or money back. Also made a complaint with Paypal.

DAMN...I was about to buy from this guy. Good looking out man. The Paypal complaint department sucks, you won't get anything inless he has a balance in his account and they find he was at fault. If you paid with credit card file a dispute with them.

thats BS.... hes a good guy.. got my parts ASAP when i bought... bought new intake and exhaust vavles from him about 2-3 weeks ago... i can vouch for him..
even spoke with him on the phone

I am not a crook. I have been VERY bust and I know this is n excuse. I told him if I dont send it tomorrow he can post all he likes and Ill return his $30. I am sorry for inconviencing him.

All I can say is that I paid the money and still no parts. He has told me once that he shipped and twice that he was going to ship. Why pay extra for shipping to have him not ship it for two week.

Still no parts or money!!!!! How can this be a good guy??? Why take up for someone thats takes someone's money and lies?? How would you like it if it was your money. He told me that he would ship this on monday 7-8-02 (two day mail). I paid extra for that. I told him if he could not ship then I would buy the parts at the dealer. I would have my motor done if he did what he said he was going to do.

I agreee with you DTAYLOR, this guy is a shady seller. I paid him three weeks ago and he keeps giving me the run around about the parts ("i do not have them ready" or "i cannot find this"). he said he shipped the parts over a week ago and i still have not received them, and apparently the tracking number is in his car somewhere. i also asked him to refund me some money and just keep one of the parts and he is taking forever to do this (how long does it take to wire money on paypal? like 2 minutes.)

I have been a very patient buyer up until now, but this guy has turned me into a local only buyer. If you are reading this CivicEK.PDX...where is my stuff??

well, you live pretty close to him (washington to oregon), maybe he has a problem shipping out here on the east coast.

if someone gives you money, be on point with delivery. it's that simple.

 

I can vouch that he was a good guy on my one transaction....I told him that I need some bolts ASAP, and he made sure that it got here on time. I guess sometimes you fall behind with certain things, but that doesn't necessarily make you a crook

 

but three weeks later? come on...i was talking to this guy like 3 times a day while making the deal, then as soon as he gets my money he falls off the face of the earth...if you ship something, how hard is it to send the tracking number? if you agree to a refund, how hard is it to go to paypal and wire it?

this guy is diminishing my faith in the H-T classifieds
