you might want to reconsider your price, thats pretty steap for a 03 with 80+k miles and needing a front bumper, pretty much bone stock

 

If you look at that car that pretty much what i have, for more. I didn't see a evo for under 17k within 300 miles of me. Also you have a problem with the price or you want to give me pointers please pm me.
