wtf??
thats a mess...
you are putting a hid pnp, into a crappy halogen projector...
hid pnp + ebay halogen projector = epic fail
first off you don't power the pnp ballast by connecting it to the headlight housing
the pnp kit, gets power from a switched positive line, and is grounded to the chassis.
same with all the other wires.
red is normally postive
black or white is ground (in your picture).
judging by the housing, its for a 92-95 civic.
and has led halo rings, that has a resistor... box connected to the red&white wires.
you are going to need to splice into that H4 connector to power the hid ballast... OR make a harness so the hid's won't turn on when you do your flash-to-pass for the halogen highbeam.
the halo rings, could be drls, or on when your parking lights are on.
and that "unknown" light could be wired to drl/parkinglight/turnsignal.. depending on what you want to do.
imo, get a professional to install it for you, cause it doesn't seem like you know what your doing...

Dude chill out im a NOOB in the whole lighting thing. I picked these up for real cheap and wanna test these out. And ya i dont know what im doing maybe thats why i posted this on ht asking for help, i was hoping for some help. So can someone just tell me what wire goes to what. If you cant then dont say anything I didn't ask for an opinion i asked for help and hoped a fellow ht member would help me out! So lets try AGAIN!!!!!!!! CAN ANYBODY HELP ME OUT??????
i did tell you where the wires go... and i know your a noob. XD
but apparently it didn't make sense to you... so i'll rephrase...
PNP kit needs to be spliced into that H4 connector, dangling from the headlight housing.
It should be wired to the lowbeam+ wire, and grounded to the common terminal.
You could also do a relay harness(wiring harness) so the pnp kit won't turn on or shut off when you use your highbeam (flash-to-pass)
The other wires is up to you, either on with the parking lights, or wired to the turnsignal.
the halorings shouldn't blink....so don't wire them to the turn signal...
but the other "unknown" light could be either parking/turnsignal
thats it, pretty simple stuff...which i already typed before...
just learn how to solder, and make proper connections, and learn how to properly re-insulate the wiring that you are going to splice into.
like i said before, a pnp kit in a halogen projector or reflector looks like crap.
also was i right about the car? cause that plays into how you are going to wire the pnp kit...
92-95 i know are positive trigger H4 lights, but i'm not too sure on the newer H4 civics.
