I have a question, or request for help. I have a 01 Civic EX 97k miles, 1.7L. The idle weather the car is cold, warm or hot, is weird. Instead of coming down to 800 or so it comes to about a 1k then up to 1.5k then back down, back up, and so on for about 5 - 10 sec, then will settle at about 800 rpm. I have had the air filter replaced, throtle cables checked, and had the entire throttle serviced. Any other ideas?
