UPDATE: New Dyno sheet. Says Flywheel power, but its whp.

Love my Pro 1s. Make my car sound like a mustang.

Had Skunk2 reg Stage 2s first (good deal) but wanted to try out the Pro Series. Also my friend was selling them.

Chart (THIS WAS ON A MUSTANG DYNO)

B18C1 block stock sleeves 82mm
USDM ITR pistons
stock crank/rods
ACL bearings
B16A head milled .020
Skunk2 Pro Series 1 cams, Skunk2 cam gears

Skunk2 Pro2 camshafts.
LS Block sleeved to 85mm by Dan Benson.
Brian Crower 92mm crankshaft.
Cunningham LS rods.
Import Builders custom Wiseco pistons ~ 11.5:1 compression.
B16 head ported by Portflow.
Import Builders ported ITR intake manifold.
RPM 70mm throttle body.
Custom 3" intake with Prototype velocity stack.
SMSP B19 header.
Mugen B-pipe-no cat or muffler.
I picked these cams because I heard that I could rev my motor to 10,000 rpm with them
OK-I chose them because I have had some success with them in the past.
The motor is in an 01 dd ITR and ran 12.3's@ 110mph on slicks at CMI on 3/09/2008.

Toda C camshafts.
ITR block sleeved and bored to 81.5mm.
Stock ITR crank-Crower rods-ACL rod and main bearings.
Wiseco 81.5mm 5cc dome pistons.
3" 'Magic' intake-70-68mm RPM Services throttle body.
RC 440 cc injectors
Import Builders ported ITR intake manifold.
Import Builders ported ITR head-stock ITR valves
(Portflow redid the valve job at my request and picked up a few CFM)
Portflow springs and retainers.
Hytech ITR header.
Mugen Twin Loop cat back system-no cat.
1818.7 cc's of screaming VTEC Power
I chose those cams at the time because they offered bigger non-vtec lobes and substantially sized VTEC lobes.

Fuel is 90% tuned, could be better, very little ignition tuning (used my Pro2 map as a basemap), no cam gear tuning, left them at +2/+5 where the Pro2's liked them.

Both the Pro2's and BC5's were fully tuned, fuel, ignition, and cam gear.

*ignore the run titles, forgot to reset them*
Pro3 (blue) vs Pro2

Pro3 (blue) vs BC5

*note* BC5's were on when I had a 65mm T1R, only change in the setup

Tuned on Crome Pro

I did not use a degree wheel to install them, was in a time crunch, but as a side note, I wouldn't run these cams at 0,0 unless they were degreed properly, they're big, if you are in a hurry, you can always advance the exhaust cam to help prevent V2V and P2V.

BTW she idles and warms up like stock.

cams used: skunk2 stg 2

I chose these cams because they are proven to work great and tuner has numerous experience with them. beat my CTR cams in low/mid range power as well.

Heres another car that just keeps making GOOD SOLID power out of a stock internals engine. Proof that just a GOOD TUNED SETUP Makes power.

Setup:

B18C5 Engine
Skunk2 PRO Intake Manifold
Batlground Hytech Replica Header
Batlground Crome Pro ECU
STOCK ITR camshafts

Skunk2 Pro 1 (+5in +6ex) 192/128

overlay of all 3

All 3 sets of cams were tuned to their full potential with my setup on S200.The m22x's and pro 1's were both degreed, but only the pro 1's were dead on after degreeing (I advanced +1 on both just to see). The m22's degreed in @ +2in and +4ex but the end result was different. So it seems as though the motor's hitting a wall @ 190hp.

<br/>

As for choosing the cams i did, i picked skunk2 tuner series stage one because i wanted a little more power but didn't have the money for a valvetrain upgrade... which is a very horrible reason to pick a cam so everyone out there DO NOT HOLD YOURSELF BACK!!

here is the setup..

b18a1 block, crank, and rods
pr3 81.5mm pistons... ended up yielding right at 12:1 compression
ARP head studs, main bolts, and rod bolts
itr oil pump
new water pump
Golden Eagle headgasket
b16a2 head
Skunk2 tuner series stage 1 cams
Inline pro cam gears set to +2, +2
Skunk2 pro series intake manifold
hondata intake manifold gasket
68mm throttle body
jdm dc 4-1 header with apexi WS exhaust
AEM one piece cold air intake

I hit decent numbers but my valvetrain still held me back because i am only able to rev to around 8200.

I have already began the next build... it includes the following...

same bottom end
97 itr head
toda dual valve springs
ferrera retainers
walbro 255lph fuel pump
blox fuel pressure regulator
RC 440 cc saturated injectors
Golden eagle head gasket with the middle layer removed.. ends up yielding around 12.3:1 compression
Skunk2 pro series stage 2 cams
Buddy club cam gears.
