help me open door.
drivers door wont open. the lock itself is stuck. ive taken the entire door apart (panel, actuator, everything)
the door still wont open. i know it isnt the actuator because ive already taken it off and it still works when plugged in.
i can see that all levers are working. is there anyway to open the lock itself.
ive read that you can drill it open but im not sure where to drill. i think it just need some lube in there.
any help or ideas?

I am not sure if the door latch is a spring release or not, I have never pulled one apart. Since you already pulled everything apart, you could have a friend hold it open and shock the lock by hitting it with a hammer and see if it would come loose. maybe it is binding. I have never had this problem with my car, so I cant say for sure.

It happened to me once on a Camry car. I did not want the change the lock because I did not want to have two keys for a car, one for the door and another one for the ignition switch. Therefore, I removed the lock out from the door and open the lock by removing a small piece of metel. That exposed the 5 or 6 spring (piece of metels function as the lock spring) inside the lock. It turned out one of the spring did not fit well. I remove that spring and the lock started work again. I know I comprimised the level the security of the lock. However, it fixed the problem and I was stil using a single key for both the door and the ignition switch.
on the honda the key and latch are seperate. the key turns a lever which unlocks the latch. i have no idea how to open the latch since the 3 bolts can only be removed when the door is open. i need to find out where to drill this latch so to release it. ive bought a new latch and cant drill this one yet. i could just make swiss cheese out of it when the new one gets here. i need to save the bolts bc im sure the new latch wont come with them.

Well the 90-93 latch IS different from the 88 and the 98. I don't care what any ROOKIE says.
here is a pic of where to drill out a 90-93 latch; use a 1/4 " bit and after you get thru the first layer of metal tilt the drill bit downward about 20 degrees//keep your shoulder pushing against the door, so when you hit the actual latch the door will open.

no it doesnt have to come off. just the door panel with the window rolled up.
you can get to the latch from inside if you're gonna drill it out.
