maybe the land lord should call the police and have them run the vin to see if its stolen. maybe the owner reported it and the thieves just dumped the car there.

yeah i actually called the po's myself and they didnt seem like they cared. they said that the car wasnt stolen and they never sent an officer down. I also notified the landlord and they said they would call the cops but yeah its just gonna go around and around. they threatened to tow it but never did. its been sitting there since december.
