Default AC Removal

So i spent today removing the AC including everything under the hood; lines, condensor, everything with the exception of the unit under the dash. I have 2 main questions from this point...

1. Do i have to plug the AC line that goes through at the Firewall or would it be fine unplugged? (dont intend on removing AC unit under dash atm)

2. Do i have to do anything with the electrical connectors for the fan/relay for the AC. i doubt not having AC connected would cause a check engine light or anything but just curious if there is anything i have/can do with these besides maybe zip-tying them out of the way?
2a. should i splice the fan wires to hook both up to the master or would it be overkill and just easier to remove the extra fan?

1. Leave it open or plug it...either way. Dust may get in the line, but if you take it out later it shouldn't matter. Up to you really...

2. It will not cause a CEL, and I wouldn't splice any wires. Remove the AC fan and if you like the AC has it's own little wiring harness that you can remove, as well as some 'diodes' over by the driver side headlight. They look like relays pretty much.
