Default Header Tech Question

I recently purchased JDM 4- 1 header to replace my cracked DC Sport Ceremic 4-2-1.

I got all the bolts off except for one of the ones connecting the header to the the cat. I think it is stripped. Any suggestions? Thanks

If it's rusted pretty bad.......Sawz-all. That's what I had to do. Penetrating lube didn't work, and drilling out is more of a PITA mostly because the OEM bolts are of stronger steel than any Made in China/Taiwan/etc drill bits that prefer to snap rather than do their fuggin job.....noo rant here

I had a hell of a time getting those bolts off too.... I sprayed PB Blaster on the bolts a few times a day and it worked pretty good.
