Need Help on changing brake pad for Spoon Caliper
I am trying to change the brake pads on my itr, i took off these two bolts
behind the caliper, I still couldn't slide out the caliper. I tried to search around the forum but failed.
Here is what I found thats strange
looks like the piston is placed unevenly and there's no bracket between the caliper and the brake pad?? (I got my car with the caliper)

I also found out there is a washer stuck in between the caliper and the rotor at where the bolt i took off. I tried to take it out but I couldn't

hope somebody would help me out... i am stuck here for couple hours already

First off depending on how your dust plate has been cut you may only need to remove one bolt.
So if you can put the other bolt back in.
Grab a rubber mallet or something soft and bang the caliper out, it should slide out, I had to do this with my spoon calipers when changing the rotors. There doesn't appear to be anything abnormal about the piston displacement in your photos.
I don't see why you are trying to remove that washer.
Just grab a mallet and tap away untill it slide out.

After taking a second look, i think you can get away with putting one bolt back in.
It will make putting the calipers back on easier.
Pad wear looks the same as mine, thats how one wheel on mine looked.

I followed what you said to put one bolt back, then i hit it hard with my hammer for a couple minutes it didn't make a single move except brake dust flying out
looks like something is just stuck and holding on to it I don't know
I am going to leave it like that now I don't want my neighbor wondering what I am up to that late
That's the pad on my passenger's side, one is like brand new and one is like all done. but for the driver's side it's wearing out evenly and the displacement of the piston is right at the center not like the one on my passenger's side which is more to the right.

First of all, the reason you're not seeing "a piston against the pad" is because there are 4 pistons, two on each side. They are all there, and are contacting the pads. See those two long bolt-looking things that are sort of holding the pads in? Take those out, then the pads should slide out through that hole. If you can get even one pad out, then you can pry against the rotor to compress the pistons on the other side to remove that pad.
Edit: Also, with uneven pad wear like that, you might want to look into rebuilding that caliper. Sometimes a piston (or pistons in this case) can get kind of locked up in the caliper, and constantly press on a pad. The result is exactly what you're looking at. If when you get the pads out, you can't easily compress the pistons on that side, you know your problem.

You dont need to remove the caliper to change the pads. Similar setup to the brembos. You remove the 2 sliding bolts on top of the caliper. There is a special tool for it or you can use 2 flathead screwdrivers and pry the pads the pistons push into the caliper. Then you can slide the pad in and out. Very easy to do.

agreed.
You need to remove the hardware shown in the circles:
Start with the yellow circle, it is an 8mm nut.
Then back out the bolt in the red circle.
Lube that bolt up with copper anti-seize. I generally pry with a screwdriver to get the pads out just enough to grab them with a pair of pliers.

If and it looks like a you do, why would you want spoon clappers when the splash shields are still in place?
Sell those clappers to a person who would use them and know how to use them.
