The last time he posted on H-T was 2:22 PM 11/1/2007.

I was wondering what happened to him. He was bumping up my for sales thread a lot. ...and I saw him around the same time you bought his wheels. He told me about the sale when he met up with me to buy my nitrous kit.

He seemed like a good guy... but I have only met him twice.

The first time we met up so he could drop off his valve cover for me to shave and paint. (which I still have.) and the second time, he bought my nitrous kit and a tool box.


We live about 25 minutes drive away from eachother. but I met him at a CVS pharmacy parking lot because I try to keep people from seeing my house if I can.

I'll call the number you gave me tomorrow and I'll see if I can drive by his place next week.

He was a regular on H-T too. ...and then disappeared.

I sold some stuff to him... he seems like a pretty legit guy. Hope he takes care of this. Good luck to you Misha... you're a cool cat too.

 

I searched through some threads and I met him on the 12th of october. He paid cash for my nitrous kit and toolbox. He did mention that he sold two sets of wheels though.

He also mentioned something about going to Virginia for a couple of weeks for work. I found 2 threads so far where he says the same thing.

I hope he was just rushed away for work and physically could not ship your wheels, and he either plans on shipping them when he goes back home or sends you a refund.

i hope thats the case and i mean i could understand, im a human too. its just i wish i would know.... whats up.

 

He just doesnt seem like the kinda guy to scam someone... he's got a decent reputation and I'm sure he'll try to keep it that way...

but Misha has all of the info I know about JKGONZALEZ3.

He hasnt been on honda-tech or myspace since the first though. So, maybe something important happened.

Misha is from Russia originally and now lives in Canada. I think he's a little more trusting than most of us Americans.

Then again JKGONZALEZ3 has been an active member on H-T for a while and has had no problems like this in the past. Misha and JKGONZALEZ3 had a very lengthy conversation that lasted for days about this transaction. After reading the convo, I would have probably trusted him with a moneyorder myself.

I am still hoping JKGONZALEZ3 (Jonathan iirc) got flown out of state for work before he could ship. That would explain this situation and also explain why he hasnt been seen since the 1st either.

EDIT: i checked, and he's not in there. (there is only one person that sort of matches his description with the same name but they were arrested today.)

I've delt with Jon before with stuff and has been very honest.

It sounds like Streetwerkz has definitely got the more reliable information, as he mentioned he may have been flown to a job.

No. I did what i can to make this happen fast and secure, it is not my mistake that the rims havent been shipped out yet... and looks like there is some obsticalse that accured on his way.

 

I think his name is John or Jonathan Gonzales. I met the dude up at the JDMUSA meet, seemed cool.

More than likely, he got locked up... dude is trouble for cops. Haha, nice dude though, Hopefully you get this resolved Mish.

Rules for trading:

-Never wire money

Always go through a third party, like PayPal or a broker.

Unless you really know the dude, go for it, but **** happens... try to get vouches from peeps next time.
