I HAVE A AUTOMATIC P28 ECU I WANT TO CONVERT IT TO 5 SPEED ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW HOW TO DO SO.

take a look at the following jumpers in the lower right hand corners of the ECU,
RP17 and RP18 values:

Auto to Manual:
remove RP17 and RP18
replace RP18 with a jumper wire

Thats all you need to do, if you have no soldering skill then you can just take it to a tv repair shop or electronic repair shop and have them do it for you, just print out the pic below.
