How do you remove the rear peice of interior around the speakers?

How do you remove the rear peice of interior around the speakers?
How do I remove that peice thats in the back glass that has the speakers and seat belt stuff going into it?
The reason why I need to do this is because there is a rattle in there that is driving me completely insane because I live on bumpy roads and thats all I hear all the time. Just wanting to know so i don't mess up nothing when going about doing it.
I tried to search for it but don't have a clue what that peice is called or if this has ever been asked. I have the 02 4dr btw.

Thanks thats EXACTLY what I needed!! Looks like a lot of work to do it so I might as well get better speakers and replace those while im in there. lol
