You need to remove the 2 side panels in the back of the front seat first, That is the safest way to do it right. then remove the Rear Top panel.

Yes just clips, but make sure to put them back, because I just bought all new clips for mines today, The person who had the car before me did not put back all the clips, which is cheap and ricy I think. They cost 2.50 each so I spent some money there to buy all new clips to bring it back to original....or you will have to take out the bottom part of you back seat as well, its easy just pull up and foward and the seat is of...

How do the seat belt connectors supposed to be routed in the bottom seat? There are 2 holes and 3 connectors for seat belts to attach. Which ones go through which holes?

I will take a look at mines tomorrow and let you know.
do you have a e-mail address i could send you some pictures.???? because I do not know how to post pictures here on Honda-Tech, I think you have to pay to load any pictures here, I'm not sure but I tried before and it will not allow me to unless I pay.

Actually, you DON'T need to take off the two side panels. I've taken my rear deck cover off many times. However, I have a sedan so it might be different.
1. Push the middle of the side cushions and pull on top, which takes the top part out. do this for both sides.
2. drop the rear seats, and pull on the edge of the rear deck to pop the edge out.
3. Pop the clips out slowly.
4. Push the side panels out while popping the rear deck up, do this for both sides
5. take seatbelts out of the holders on the rear deck.
6. carefully take the rear deck out.
If you really want, I can take pics of the whole process
