Hmm their different part numbers and for different applications.. plus I think the Civic AGX's might not have the brake line retainers for the front shocks...but I haven't tried this personally.. you might want to contact KYB:

KYB America LLC
Phone (630)620-5555
Fax (630)620-8133

95 GSR KYB AGX:
KYB 741005 [FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER] AGX; RIGHT HAND
KYB 741006 [FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER] AGX; LEFT HAND
KYB 741007 [REAR SHOCK ABSORBER] AGX; LEFT HAND *
KYB 741007 [REAR SHOCK ABSORBER] AGX; RIGHT HAND

97 Civic Coupe KYB AGX:
KYB 741023 [FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER] AGX
KYB 741024 [REAR SHOCK ABSORBER] AGX

i believe the front one will, but the rears wont. the rear lca where the shock mounts is skinner on the 96-00 civics as compared to the 94-01 integra/92-95 civics.

Isnt the Gsr interchangeable with the 5th gen more than the 6th gen? I am using teg lowering springs but civic AGX shocks on my hybrid.

ek+DC2 = NOPE
96-00 (ek) can accept 94-01 (DC, non-R) & 92-95 civic (eg) front & rear springs and shocks. Only adjustment would be to use washers to fill the space in the rear shock. I think tokico uses this application for the EK.

DCs can take Ek springs and front shocks, but not the rear shocks without machining the lca.
