I don't have a license plate on before, and got pulled over a few times. BUT, I didn't drilled the holes in front, I had a mounting bracket which shapes like "L" and mount on the bottom.
The piece on my spoiler is an add on Carbon fibre piece, I did post pic of it before, but most people thinks is gay or what not. But it looks good with the CF hood + flat black wheel. And it did help with the downforce when I was on Mosport.
If you guys are interested in this piece, I can send you more close up pic of it and price too.
All bolts on right now, JDM DC, Apex N1, skunk2 cam gears, VAFC, FBR, monster flow filter with ARC pipe, OBD1 with skunk chip. Dyno and tune (only one hour) at only 173whp...very disappointed..But will go up when I get more money on dyno time. But I did get a very nice midrange. I will post up the dyno soon to get some advices from you guys.
no $$ for mugen rims, I wish I have though.
Those are 5Zigen fireball 16' I thikn they are HEAVY. 17lbs or something, but I got a set of millena rims for track.

As you can see, its not mugen CF hood~..I just can't justisfy myself to pay $2000 for it. Mine is wayyy cheaper then that. But it works the same overall, light weight and get the hot air under the hood out. Thatz good enought for me~ 
And I all the stuff that is on my car, is not purchase from King Motorsport. Again, they charged WAYY too much.
As for how that rear lip on the spoiler help. Well, I did put the mugen wing and the spoiler on back to back at Mosport. And guess what, the mugen wing when it is on the most aggresive angle, it reduces the top speed to around 195km/h, thatz the straight away on Mosport. When I come to the pit and swtich this back on, I get clsoe to 200km/h. So, it didn't reduces the top speed as much. It helps stabilize the rear end on the long sweep, on tight turn it doesn't that much differnce because the speed is slow. Overall, for the price I paid and the quality it came with, (its CF) I thikn is worth it. And I find the mugen wing to be a bit big and this is a nice substitute.
