Spoon Springs just arrived! [3 pix]
Just got them in the mail, thanx AJ Racing! Going to install them this week. Mine are blue, I saw some old pix of the Spoon springs and I thought they were all black.
As far as the install, did anyone have any problems with these? They didn't come with any instructions, so I'm guessing just follow the Helms manual. Do I need to trim the bumpstops, though? Or do I just take the dampers apart, replace the spring, and put all the parts back?
I also noticed in various places in the Helms manual they say to replace nuts (self-locking), washers, etc. Is this a big concern, i.e, should I go out and buy replacement nuts for the top of the damper and the nut on the flange bolt?

Spoon progressive spring rates for the ITR are:
front: 6.5 (4.4)
rear: 5.5 (4.4)
They are supposed to lower the car 20mm, but I have heard it is actually a bit more than that.

They were pretty courteous, and they told me they would arrive mid-June, which is exactly when the springs showed up.
