Default Reasonable price for BB6

OK, not really sure if this is the place to post this but any way, I'm selling my 99 base model, and I'm kinda lost on what to ask for it. Maybe you all could suggest prices or tell me what you would buy it for if you were in the market.
99-base,5spd, Type Sh rebuild head, 15k on it, Rebuilt factory tranny 10k on that.
Sprayed last OCT with a non honda black color, changed the color from Ficus Green pearl. Cut door jams, trunk, and a little of the engine bay. I know this is alot to read but bare with me. The Car is spotless its the cleanest 5th gen ever. JDM type s front bumper, shaved turn lights on the bumper(type S) side markers, hood tilt, factory optional sides and rear, matching color of course. ATTS rear trunk badge, shaved trunk. flat black rota slips, sprint 3'' springs, red 5zigen lugs.
ACT 6puck, 11lb flywheel, injen short ram, dc header, Apexi N1, jdm type S valve cover. inside i have a CTR steering wheel, CTR shift **** and boot, JDM type S door panels, and a jensen touch screen in-dash. PWJDM tag mount and some other little JDM stuff. The car is SOOOOOOO clean garage kept mega JDM for a BB and loved 85k on the chassis, Thanks for readin all this any help would be appreciated

i would expect a lude like that to go for around 8K if it is as clean as you say it is and if you have paper work for the rebuilt head, and tranny i say it would prob go for 9K
Maybe 10K if you are lucky

Just post it high and see what kind of offers come in. Take your time selling it and you'll make a lot more money. If they smell desperation, you won't get ****.
"Sorry, this car is worth 10K to me, if I can't get that, I'm not selling it."

Go to KBB and see what the value is, then subtract some from that. Remember aftermarket parts LOWER cars value. Also to be honest any person with half a brain is going to wonder why you had to rebuild your tranny and engine. I know I'm thinking to myself this kid probaly beat on it and personally I would already be leery of the car.

The hood tilt is a 15 min. operation. And aftermarket 5000 dollar paintjob lowers the value of my car? BTW selling with all stock parts springs exhaust and everything.

Personally I would put all the stock parts you have left back on. You will make the most money inside and out doing this. Hope you have all that paperwork from the trans and head work. Pics would help too Surprisingly the KBB value of your car in "excellent" condition is $9,010. Lil' over 8 for "Good" condition.

You never mentioned anything about it being a quality job. For all we knew it could have been a Mako job. Also just because you repainted it doesn't raise the value necessarily, it just means that the exterior is in mint condition. Did you paint the whole car i.e. engine bay too? Why did you have to rebuild the engine/tranny. These are questions people are going to ask. How many miles are on the car engines bottom end?

With everything in PERFECT condition you get this from kbb

Excellent
$8,165

Good
$7,520

Fair
$6,685

So I would start around there somewhere. Look in your local listings, i.e. craigslist, autotrader etc. and see what they are going for

Do you guys think if he chopped it up and sold all the parts he could get more money?

Does this guy need money quick or is he just trying to see what he can get for the car.
