I need help!!!
Okay, here is the deal. My friend bought this car from this guy that did the swap. The guy that did it has no experiance with cars, and he has done all kinds of sh*t to this one. The car is a 1990 Accord. It came with the h23 and auto. The guy that owned it put a h22 in it with a 95 prelude vtec computer. He said that the harness is from a 95 accord I think. The car runs, but throws codes for the o2 sensor, and vss. I am going to post some pics. Tell me what you think that I should do to fix it. New harness? Call hasport? Well here are the pics. Thanks for any suggestions.

wish i could help but i don't know very much about that either. doubt the code is for the O2 sensor since he's got an OBD1 i think. it was '96 when they switched to OBD2 right? and i'm pretty sure the accord ex came with the f22a4 in '90. the h23 was a prelude only motor. two very different motors. the 4th gen accord did have one engine option that utilized DOHC but it was a 2.0 and only available in japan.

Is that a catalytic converter at the end of that header? If it is, its not OBDI.
The car is some silly sparkly blue color. If you guys need more pics to help me figure this out tell me.
well, there must be a crossed pin/wire somewhere...
as complex as electrical problems are they always have simple solutions

get another 90 accord harness. then you will have to add 2 vtec wires if it is an h22. you will also have to add a knock sensor wire. you will need the wiring diagram of the ecu and harness also. its pretty easy. i would just get a new 90 harness.
Is it just me or is that 4G Accord painted sage green?

Blah... Wayyy too much work, the guy that did the swap really mangled the harness... I would like to know which one I should put in there. Someone said another 90... Any suggestions / comments are appreciated.
hell......pure hell.
Well I know that it isn't that much work... But I am not getting paid for it. That accord is an ornimate in my shop. I am just trying to do the research for my friend that owns it. I personally don't care what happens to it. The car sucks.
